• Unlock doors remotely via the Teams Dialpad during a call
• Route calls to Teams Call Queues, with flexible call handling strategies
• Initiate calls to 2N devices from the Teams interface for seamless two-way communication

And the best part? No additional hardware or third-party software is required. This native integration is certified by Microsoft and designed to provide a streamlined, cost-effective deployment without the need for complex setup or external Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
