Revealed at The Security Event 2025 in Birmingham, the 2N Force 2.0 is designed for high-security environments that demand reliability, clarity and flexibility. The real transformation, however, lies within. Leveraging 2N’s position within the Axis Communications group, the Force 2.0 now includes the powerful ARTPEC processing platform - previously reserved for top-end models like the IP Style and IP Verso. Users can expect enhanced video performance thanks to a high-resolution camera with wide dynamic range (WDR), which delivers clear images in variable lighting conditions.

The device also introduces native support for QR code access, ideal for short-term and visitor credentials, as well as 2N’s VBUS technology, allowing for modular expansion with add-ons like RFID readers or remote keypads. This means users can build out their access solution to suit almost any site or security scenario.
