Akuvox X912 - Registering Admin and User Cards on the device

The CIE Tech Team demonstrates how to quickly and easily set up and remove Admin and RFID User cards on the Akuvox X912 Touchscreen Door Intercom.

Both Administrator RFID Cards and User RFID Cards can be registered to an Akuvox X912 Door Intercom either via the Akuvox Cloud web application or directly on the intercom device.

How to register an Adminstrator RFID Card via the X912 intercom device:

  1. Sign-in to the Menu using the Key button  /  enter code 2396  /  Press Enter (via the 'Bell' button)
  2. Scroll to 'Advanced Settings'
  3. Choose 'Admin Access'
  4. Choose 'Modify Admin Card'
  5. Tap the required RFID Card (or fob) on the X912 device's screen
  6. The Administrator Card is now registered

How to register a User RFID Card via the X912 intercom device:

  1. Sign-in to the Menu using the Key button  /  enter code 3888 /  Press Enter (via the 'Bell' button)
  2. Choose 'Modify User Card'
  3. Tap the registered Admin RFID Card on the device's screen
  4. Choose 'Add User Card'
  5. Tap the required RFID Card (or fob) on the X912 device's screen
  6. The User Card (or fob) is now registered
