Pete George Appointed Commercial Audio Specialist at CIE Group

CIE Group is pleased to announce that Pete George has taken on a new role as Commercial Audio Specialist, field based, supporting customers across the UK.

After 15 years as CIE’s Area Account Manager for the Midlands, Pete now moves into a dedicated specialist position, focusing on commercial and professional audio, PAVA, AV distribution, and assistive listening solutions.

With the continued growth of Audio and AV over IP, audio-led safety, accessibility, and communication systems, CIE Group has created this specialist role to support our Account Managers and provide customers with deeper technical knowledge, system design support, and product expertise across its audio portfolio.

Working closely alongside CIE’s account managers, Pete will act as the central point of contact for all audio-related projects and system design, supporting installers, integrators, consultants, and advising end users with:

• Commercial and professional audio
• Voice Alarm
• AV distribution and AV-over-IP
• Assistive listening and accessibility technologies
• Product selection, demonstrations, compliance guidance, and project support

Pete brings decades strong understanding of both the commercial and technical aspects of audio systems, built through years of hands-on experience supporting customers in the field. His move into a UK-wide specialist role allows CIE to offer a more focused and consultative approach to audio projects of all sizes.
