Consultation / Site Survey

Here at CIE we treat each and every project as individual and unique. A member of our AV Projects Team will discuss your Project with you in detail (either on-site or remotely, based on your preference and site accessibility) to understand the full requirements of the system, client expectations, environmental aspects and available technology options.

System Scoping & Design

CIE's unique AV System Design Team provide a free-of-charge scoping and design service, working in consultation with our customers and your clients to achieve the most effective and efficient solution to meet the system specification or brief.
When considering your solution, we employ the latest technologies, the best in signal control & distribution systems and insist on professional-grade products.
We are also happy to re-interpret 3rd party specifications, offering alternative like-for-like products from the CIE product range.

Quotation

Following approval of the System design, CIE provides a detailed line-by-line quotation of all equipment and any required rack build and remanufacture services. As the main UK supply partner for many leading professional AV brands, we only specify professional grade products proven technologies to ensure best performance and on-budget results.

AV Rack Build

Where a System Rack Build is required as part of the specification, your AV rack will be built and fully wired in-house by our professional rackbuild team, using only high quality components.
The system will be fully tested and supplied with detailed manuals and instructions, ready for delivery to site.

Detailed System Architecture

As part of our AV Rack Build process, our System Design Team will present you with a comprehensive System Architecture Pack, including detailed product specifications, wiring diagrams, speaker spacing layouts, connection diagrams and rack layouts.

Delivery to Site

All components of your system will be delivered either to your premises or directly to site based upon your agreed delivery schedules.
CIE partners with some of the UK's leading carriers to ensure your goods arrive on time and in premium condition ready for installation.

System Commissioning Support

Where agreed in advance as part of the Project Scoping process, once you have completed your system installation, we can arrange for one of the CIE AV System Team to be on-site to assist and advise with final system testing and commissioning.
Where IP systems are specified in the system, remote online configuration assistance may also be available as a convenient alternative.

Training

The CIE AV experts are also available to provide technology, integration and product operation training to our customers and your clients if required.
Training can be tailored to meet the individual needs of the installer, the client users or tailored towards a specific project or system technology.
