Returns terms

No goods may be returned without CIE-Group's prior authorisation, which may be withheld. An RA number will be issued once this request has been reviewed.
Products must be complete, including manuals, PSUs, packaging and accessories, to avoid charges for replacement.
A 15% handling charge applies to goods returned after 7 days, and 30% after 30 days.
Goods returned as faulty will be fully tested before a credit is authorised. Credit notes or refunds will not be raised if the described fault is not found.
Non-faulty goods will be returned to the customer, or a 35% restocking and engineering fee will apply, as the goods are deemed fit for purpose.
Returns are subject to CIE-Group's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
