The XA-3P Portable HDMI Pattern Generator tester provides an all-encompassing high-end cable tester and analyser of all HDMI signal path, sink and source. The XA-3P is HDMI2.0a & HDCP2.2 & 1.4 compliant for greater test versatility with several testing features under its’ belt; cable testing, system analysing, EDID management and pattern generator, the XA-3P also enables down-scaling 4K UHD to 1080p in Analyser Mode.

An important feature in the XA-3P is the Cable Testing Mode which, when used in this mode, can detect the data rate capacity of up to 18Gbps on any cable used in an installation to ensure its viability. The XA-3P LCD screen will display the results or this can be seen on a connected display whilst testing.

Although battery operated for greater ease & portability for installers, the front panel controls are easy to navigate and simple to use with easy access to the HDMI I/O on the top of the device.

The battery for the unit can be recharged via USB/mains power through the same port.

The RE-EDID-4K22 HDMI EDID Manager manipulates DVI EDID and HDMI information to a HDMI source by a connected display.

The EDID contains all important information on local connectivity including video/audio supportive formats, feature support for HDMI, etc.

The XA-4 Advanced HDMI Pattern Generator and Analyser is a professional integrators’ test device for producing 4K UHD HDMI signals for verifying and testing wider AV installations.

This XA-4 device has 54 resolutions settings, 47 test patterns and 6 analysis tests which provide over a thousand different combinations of test scenarios.
It supports HDMI data packets, EDID & HDCP analysis, EDID emulation, and allows the user to save 2 custom patterns, along with the ability to generate audio up to 8 channels.

Front panel keys allow fast switching between the various functions and an OLED screen allows for quick viewing of current status information. Control is via front-panel buttons, IR, RS-232, and Telnet allowing users full flexibility in controlling the device.
