Akuvox smart door intercom models X916S, X915S and E12W have been announced as winners of the industry-acclaimed iF Design Awards, while the E12 has also been awarded a Red Dot product design award.

The Akuvox X915S Touchscreen Door Intercom is an advanced, customisable smart IP door intercom device for apartment buildings, MDUs, multi-tenant office buildings and gated communities. Featuring various touchscreen and mobile access options including secure face recognition, RFiD, BLE (Bluetooth) and QR Code contactless authentication and PIN Code access for an all-round secure, smart intercom/access system.
The X915S Intercom can be used for door entrance or gate systems and is IP65 & IK10 rated for outdoor and high impact locations.

The Akuvox X916S smart touchscreen intercom is controlled via the large full colour 13.3″ capacitive touchscreen. With a huge range of identification features such as: secure face recognition scanning, concierge call button, NFC contactless, multi-frequency RFID card reader and digital touchscreen phone book as standard. As well as these security features the X916S can also connect to residents’ smart phones via the Akuvox Smartplus App.
With IP65 and IK06 protection ratings, the Akuvox X916 can even be safely used outdoors – and the inclusion of the latest ‘starlight’ camera technology ensures that high quality video performance can still be achieved even in ultra-low light environments.

Using the latest IP connectivity technology, the Akuvox E12W enables clear person-to-person communication and secure, touch-free access via a choice of contactless authentication methods; Bluetooth BLE via smartphone or RFID via card or keyfob.
