The Grandstream GDS3712 is a high-definition IP video intercom system designed to provide secure visitor communication, door access control and video surveillance. Combining a 1080p hemispheric camera, two-way audio and integrated door control, it offers a practical solution for businesses and commercial properties requiring reliable entrance security.

Full HD Video with 180° Coverage

The GDS3712 features a built-in 2-megapixel camera delivering 1080p Full HD video at up to 30fps. Its 180° horizontal and 150° vertical field of view provides wide coverage of entrances, helping reduce blind spots. With up to 120dB wide dynamic range, it also improves image visibility in challenging lighting conditions.

Two-Way Audio and SIP Video Communication

A built-in microphone and 2W HD speaker enable clear two-way communication with visitors. Using SIP/VoIP technology, the GDS3712 supports audio and video communication with compatible IP phones, video intercom stations and smartphones. This allows staff to identify and communicate with visitors without being physically present at the entrance.

Integrated Door Control and Security Monitoring

The GDS3712 includes two relay outputs and two alarm inputs for connecting electric locks, exit buttons, door sensors and other compatible devices. Built-in motion detection provides additional security monitoring, while event-triggered snapshots can be sent by email or FTP.

Flexible Integration and Network Connectivity

Designed for IP-based security installations, the GDS3712 supports 10/100Mbps Ethernet and IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing power and network connectivity through a single cable. It supports Grandstream management software, ONVIF-compatible video management systems and HTTP API integration with third-party applications.

Durable Design for Outdoor Installation

The metal housing provides IP66 weather protection and IK10 impact resistance, making the unit suitable for exposed entrances. Installers can choose surface mounting or in-wall installation using an optional mounting kit. A 12V DC power option provides additional installation flexibility.
