The Grandstream GXP2170 is a professional enterprise IP desk phone designed for receptionists, administrators and business users who handle high call volumes. With 12 line keys, six SIP accounts and a 4.3-inch colour display, it provides advanced call control and clear HD audio. 12 Line Keys and Advanced Call Management

The GXP2170 features 12 dual-colour line keys and support for six SIP accounts, allowing users to manage multiple calls and telephone lines efficiently. It also includes five programmable context-sensitive soft keys and 48 digital Busy Lamp Field (BLF) and speed dial keys. These provide quick access to frequently used contacts and help users monitor extension availability.

Large Colour Display and HD Audio

A 4.3-inch, 480 × 272 pixel colour LCD provides clear visibility of contacts, call information and phone settings. The GXP2170 also features HD audio through its handset and full-duplex speakerphone, helping users communicate clearly during everyday calls. Built-in five-way audio conferencing makes it easier to bring colleagues and customers into group conversations.

Built-in Bluetooth and Headset Connectivity

Integrated Bluetooth wireless connectivity supports compatible Bluetooth headsets and mobile devices. Users can synchronise contacts and calendars or transfer calls between supported devices. An RJ9 headset connection with Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) support for compatible Plantronics headsets provides another option for hands-free communication.

Expandable BLF and Speed Dial Capacity

For busy reception desks and switchboard operators, the GXP2170 supports up to four Grandstream GXP2200EXT expansion modules. These provide access to up to 160 additional speed dial or BLF contacts, helping staff monitor extensions and handle incoming calls more efficiently.

Gigabit Ethernet, PoE and Easy Deployment

The GXP2170 includes dual 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated IEEE 802.3af PoE. This allows power and network connectivity through one Ethernet cable, reducing installation requirements. Automated provisioning through TR-069, encrypted XML configuration files and Grandstream UCM Zero-Config helps simplify multi-phone deployments.

Secure and Flexible Business Telephony

Support for TLS and SRTP encryption helps protect communications and account information. The phone includes a two-position desktop stand and supports optional wall mounting. A universal power adapter is also supplied.
