The Inter-M NCIO-1000 Network Input/Output Relay Switch is a versatile and powerful control interface designed to streamline system integration across PA, AV, SR, and automation infrastructures. By leveraging a standard IP network, the NCIO-1000 enables bi-directional control and communication via contact inputs/outputs (16 channels each) and serial communication interfaces (RS-232C and RS-422), making it an essential component for large-scale installations in facilities like hospitals, industrial complexes, educational campuses, and hospitality environments.

Engineered for flexibility, the NCIO-1000 supports both DHCP and Static IP settings and operates over 100/1000Mbps Ethernet, ensuring fast and reliable communication across extensive network topologies. This network relay switch is built with emergency readiness in mind. It can be powered by either AC (120–240V) or DC (+24V), allowing for continuous operation even in power-critical situations. It also includes 4-channel UGA (Unit Management Alarm) inputs, which are essential for fire safety system integration, especially in European-style building infrastructures.
