The IR-TX2 Medium Area Infrared Transmitter with Modulator integrates Infrared technology within a transmitter and modulator system in one. This combination, provided by a compact sleek design, emits a wide angle emission to suit a coverage of 180m² area.

The Contacta IR-TX2 Medium Area Infrared Transmitter with Modulator integrates Infrared technology within a transmitter and modulator system in one. This combination, provided within a compact sleek design, emits a wide angle emission to suit a coverage of 180m² area.
The IR-TX2 is suitable for applications where clear sound is needed for multiple listeners such as in cinema, theatre, conference/meeting rooms, lecture halls, schools and universities, houses of worship and court rooms.
The Contacta IR-TX2 infrared is suitable for Medium-sized application spaces but can increase range and angle of emission by combining 2x medium area infrared transmitters, together covering an area of 370m² through one channel transmission which is now ideal for large area applications.
Alternative product covering 900m² is also available: IR-TX4
All audio signals are regulated to 2.3MHz or 2.8MHz infrared signals.
Supplied with wall and ceiling mounting kit and the removable fascia is available in black or white.
