The 9160347-S is a three-in-one, secured Access Control Reader which allows for access to electronically secured doors using a choice of Touch Keypad, RFID card and/or Bluetooth enabled smart phone as the user ID authentication device.

The 2N 9160347-S Access Unit’s 3-in-1 authentication formats allow for one or two formats to be required for entry into a building. For instance, some Users may be required to identify using Bluetooth only, others with RFID only. In higher security applications, a choice of 2 of the 3 user authentication formats may be required per user to gain access.

The 9160347S Unit provides a modern approach alongside a safe and convenient way to unlock doors. Using a Bluetooth-enabled smart phone or tablet with the 2N Mobile Key application this module also provides versatility with an RFID technology to allow entry from both unsecured 125kHz and 13.65MHz cards.

Users have the option of entry and organisations/residents can obtain temporary access to the compound. Communication between the Bluetooth module and the 2N Mobile Key application is fully secured through asymmetric RSA-1024 and symmetric AES-128 keys. This application runs in the background on your phone in order to save your phone’s battery.

Protection Rating:
The 2N Access Unit 2.0 range has a protection rating of IP54 and IK08 – ensuring it’s suitability for outdoor and harsh environment applications.

Cover Frames sold separately:

As a standalone access control device, the 9160347-S also requires a cover plate (Silver Part No. 9155021 / Black Part No. 9155021B). Power is supplied either via PoE or external power supply (Part No. 91341481GB).

Protection Rating:
The Akuvox A05C Door Access Unit has a protection rating of IP65 – ensuring it’s suitability for outdoor and exposed environment applications (not suitable for outdoor use when combined with MD02 thermal detection module).

ONVIF Compliant:

This advanced IP Access Reader also supports ONVIF open standard for effective integration with other 3rd party IP systems and devices such as IP CCTV cameras, NVRs, etc.
